What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept PayPal and all major credit and debit card brands, cash at local pick-up and direct bank transfer
PayPal – the one of the most popular digital payment platform, owned by eBay Inc., that allows to pay for the purchase with your VISA or MasterCard.
Cash at local pick-up – we accept only euro currency when paid in cash at Elizabetes street 51, Riga, LV-1010, Latvia.
Direct bank transfer – make your payment directly into our bank account. Please use your Order ID as the payment reference.
How long until my order ships?
Most orders will ship within one business day of being placed, unless specified within the item page.
How do I maintain my rope bracelet?
To keep your rope clean, simply hand-wash with a mild detergent and warm water. We strongly recommend NOT to wear it when showering and swimming.
How do I cancel an order or return an item?
E-mail us at email@example.com letting us know that you will be returning an item. If you purchased your item within in the last 30 days, you are eligible for a refund. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over €50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
